The Process

Artwork Preparation – We format your design into print-ready vector or 300 dpi raster form.

Film Printing – The design is mirrored and printed on a coated PET film using CMYK + white inks.

Powder Application & Curing – Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet print, then cured to create a smooth, durable bond.

Transfer to Garment – The film is placed onto the fabric and heat-pressed at controlled temperature and pressure.

Post-Pressing & Quality Check – Each print is reheated, peeled, and inspected to ensure long-lasting, professional results.
